Francesca has a solid background of +25 years of project coordination, as well as high-level PA roles, both in the family office and the corporate luxury sectors.

Throughout her working experiences Francesca reinforced her sense of responsibility, priority and detail, that are all essential prerequisites in the world of recruitment, to which she recently chose to bring her skills and experience by joining the HeadtoHead team. Result-oriented and committed, she is a natural people person with a highly developed network, in Geneva as well as across the border.

Francesca was born in Torino, Italy, in October 1968 and has been living in Geneva since the late 1980’s. Multilingual (Italian, English, French and Spanish), she is the mother of two, a daughter and a son, both of age.
