Top management plays a vital role in enabling and catalyzing this universal approach, captured in the concept of &#8220;Shadow Art Leadership.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Inspired by the art form where performers create powerful shapes through coordinated movement, this metaphor highlights how every individual\u2019s contribution matters. In polycrisis times, collective coordination builds resilience across the whole organization. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This article examines how Shadow Art Leadership can turn disruption into organizational breakthroughs.
