Our knowledge of the Swiss market, combined with an extensive network of talent in Switzerland and internationally, enables us to identify and directly approach candidates beyond national borders whenever our clients’ needs require it.
No. As an Executive Search firm, HeadtoHead works on specific recruitment assignments entrusted to us by our clients. We therefore do not provide individual career transition services and generally do not conduct exploratory or career interviews outside an active recruitment process.
Candidates are, however, welcome to submit their profile to us. Their details may be reviewed when new assignments arise, and if an opportunity closely matches their experience and skills, we will contact them directly.
